MTIL makes a wide range of Aluminium Alloys like ADC12, AC4B, AS-9, LM-6, LM-24 etc for gravity and pressure die casting applications meeting AA, BS, LM, DIN, JIS and other standards. Our cast alloys are used in making critical automotive components like cylinder heads, manifolds, pump housings and casings, engine mounting brackets, alternator castings applications etc for leading domestic and International automotive OEMS ,Tier 1 & Tier 2 automotive component manufacturers.
We also supply Aluminium Ingots for Electrical, Utensil, Consumer durables & various others industries.
Our specialization is to make customized alloys to exactly suit individual customer requirements. Specifications of every alloy used by every customer are maintained in a comprehensive database to ensure that customer requirements are always fulfilled.
Aluminium scrap and Virgin ingots are major raw materials for the manufacture of alloy ingots and we have an edge over other companies by paying careful attention to its scrap handling practices. This along with efficient manufacturing practices, use of state-of-the-art equipments with quality stringent practices for instant and accurate chemical analysis and close attention to ingot cleanliness ensures total quality control right till the ingots are packed and delivered.

Shipment Process for Ingot
Marking
Colour coding is done to differentiate alloys as per customer requirement
Bundling
Each bundle is of following no. of ingots
7 Ingots / Layer
20 Layers / Bundles Stack
2 Foot stack / Per Bundle.
Strapping
Each bundle is strapped with PVC/MS strip as per customer requirement with the help of strapping machine in four lines to avoid bundle breakage during transportation. It is then packed with stretch film.
Packing list & Test Certificate
All our supplies to customer are always accompanied with packing list and Test certificate
Loading
Bundles are loaded after final weighment & Color Coding into the Truck / Container with the help of forklift.
Logistics and Warehouses: - We have our own logistics and warehouses to meet timely delivery of goods at customer end.
Location of the MTIL warehouses are Pune (Maharashtra), Gurgaon (Haryana), Noida( U.P) and Delhi.
